A warm welcome awaits you
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth. The breakfast was a delightful start, offering an exceptional variety that made each morning special. The spa was a haven for relaxation, with complimentary snacks that provided a nice touch.
While the spa facilities were inviting, I wished I could have spent more time there. unfortunately, my stay was too short to fully enjoy them. Some amenities felt slightly pricey, typical for tourist areas like Zermatt.

the air-con was shut down, which was just grewt for September. And to top it off, not having an iron in the room was just unthinkable. I almost left a good review, but where was my complimentary upgrade or any kind of special treatment? very disappointing experience at Schloss Zermatt, truly not impressed.

Recommend it for families seeking luxury
The facilities were top-notch. We really appreciated the heated pool which was perfect after a long day, and the gym was never too crowded. Also, the breakfast spread was unbelievable—so many options, even the picky eaters in our group found something they loved. Plus, the kids loved the afternoon tea service. they couldn't get enough of the little snacks!
It was pricey, no denying that, but considering the experience, I’d say it was worth it.

The hotel was fantastic for our family! We loved the heated pool and enjoyed playing billiards together. Breakfast was delicious, especially the honeycomb, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location made it easy to access the nearby slopes.
My kids wished there was a dinner restaurant on site.
